TPM cleaned out and staged this home for sale. The home went on the market January 7th and immediately received 3 offers. There is an accepted offer on the home and it is due to close in March 2013. During the clean-out, in an “empty” jewelery box that was to be sold at consignment, we found a diamond and sapphire necklace that the owner had been missing for 2 years!!!

Oversaw apartment move-in, hired movers, directed placement of furniture, unpacked all boxes and organized all closets. Allthe owner had to do was walk in and turn on the lights!
