ESTATE CLEAN OUT SERVICES
The Executor of the Estate receives a complimentary, in-depth consultation to ensure that the estate is properly cleaned out according to your timetable and your instructions so the residence is ready for sale or family use. The principals of The Platinum Move are on location throughout the entire project. We are preparing digital documentation of the sale and auction items, readying items for shipment, supervising the cleaning and disposal of trash, and staging the residence for sale.
We only work with experienced, qualified vendors to ensure that our clients receive the best prices and service. We understand the requirements of building management and ensure that all vendors respect these regulations. Finally, we are in constant correspondence with the Estate to keep you up-to-date on the progress of the job including supplying you with donation receipts, consignment agreements, vendor receipts, and tip money receipts upon completion of the job.
